Love the laces but definitely not customer service!

I have laceez in 3 of my shoes and I ordered 3 more 2 weeks ago. The day after I received them I put them in one pair of 5 eye shoes and the laceez were way too big. The shoes fell off (I wear a size 7.5 and ordered a small as directed by the website). The website also says to send an email if the laces are the wrong size. I heard nothing for a week so sent another email.Still no response. I will call them tomorrow. Fingers crossed I talk to someone!

XS is too short!

Wish I’d heeded the other reviews here - the XS laces only came up about 3/4ths of the way up two different pairs of my sneakers (APLs, Vejas)! I actually bought XS laces 6 years ago (for Vejas of the same model), and they fit perfectly and I loved them. So they must have changed their sizing. Off-topic but another difference I noticed is that the metal thread on the new pair looks to have a thicker coating of white, so as to prevent leaving grey streaks on the tongue of the shoe from the metal rubbing on it. So that looks like an improvement!

I love your product, but am always disappointed at how slow the shipping is. Even when I pay for expedited shipping, it seems to take several days for the order to be processed and sent.

I love the certitude however, medium wasn’t long enough although my shoes were a size 8. I will order large next time. Also the white laces are difficult to clean. I’ve washed them three times after one week of wearing them and I still see dirt spots…..😕
